This 2.5 hectare campus will provide state of the art facilities for Middlesex University in the Medine Smart City in Flic-en-Flac, Mauritius. It will feature cutting-edge IT laboratories, seminar rooms, lecture theatres, cafés, learning and resource centre as well as extensive student study and leisure areas. bpr developed the scheme through to concept design stage, and then worked as client advisor for Middlesex University alongside Mauritian architects Taktik and JV partners Medine ltd. on the detailed design package. The development is scheduled to be completed in September 2017 and will provide students with the finest Higher Education facilities in the country.
